Our fees for assisting with drafting your British Virgin Islands Last Will and Testament (BVI Will) be provided on enquiry.
This fee will include the services of the British Virgin Islands lawyer and will include 3 rounds of revision of your BVI Will
This would cover the following scope of work:

Obtaining al relevant information from you in order to draft your BVI Will

BVI Lawyer to draft your BVI Will

Maximum 3 rounds of revision.

Providing instruction on how to execute the BVI Will.
Safe keeping of your BVI Will
Please note that there is no Wills Registry in the British Virgin Islands, therefore your BVI Will will not be registered. As Testator or Testatrix you have the responsibility to keep your original BVI Will safe and in a place of custody where your family members and executor could retrieve the BVI Will in the event the BVI Will is to be probated.
What we will need from you
To comply with our obligations under relevant anti-money laundering legislation, we are required to obtain satisfactory evidence of the identity of our client. We will contact you separately about these requirements if you decide to proceed. However if the following could be provided for the BVI Company initially it will assist us in starting the necessary process:

Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation for the BVI Company

Copy of the Register of Members of the BVI Company
Fees
We will require full fees to be settled prior to commencing the drafting of your BVI Will.
